  • Welcome to the 10 metre Frontage (TMF Design Pty Ltd) Client Portal (the β€œPortal”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.

  • Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Do not share access with unauthorised parties. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

  • Permitted use: Access is provided solely to view your project information and communicate with our team. You may download your project documents for legitimate business or personal use. You must not attempt to access any content not assigned to you.

  • Intellectual property: All designs, drawings, documents and other materials provided through the Portal remain the intellectual property of TMF Design Pty Ltd until all fees are paid in full. After full payment, you are granted a licence to use the designs for the specific project only. You must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

  • Documents, approvals and changes: We use reasonable efforts to support compliance with relevant regulations and codes. Final approval decisions rest with authorities. Authority-required changes and client-requested variations may incur additional fees.

  • Communications: We aim to respond to Portal messages within 2 business days. Urgent matters should be raised via phone or email as specified in your project documentation. Professional conduct is required; we may suspend access for abusive behaviour.

  • Accuracy & versions: Information may change. You are responsible for reviewing documents and notifying us of discrepancies. Always use the latest version; older versions may be removed without notice.

  • Payments: Invoices are due per your service agreement. Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt. We may suspend services and Portal access for overdue payments.

  • Liability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted Portal access. The Portal relies on third-party services (including Softr and Notion) and we are not responsible for failures caused by them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

  • Privacy: Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • Termination & changes: You may request account closure. We may suspend/terminate access for breach. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

  • Governing law: New South Wales, Australia.

  • TMF Design Pty Ltd (trading as 10 metre Frontage / 10mF) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • What we collect: Depending on whether you are a Builder (business client) or a House Owner (individual client), we may collect contact details, business details (including ABN), project site details, identification documents where required, project-related information, communications, and technical/usage data (such as login activity, device information and IP address).

  • How we collect it: Directly from you (account setup, forms, document uploads, messages, emails/phone calls, meetings) and automatically through Portal operation (cookies, logs and analytics).

  • How we use it: To deliver our services, manage projects, communicate updates, prepare and submit approvals, issue invoices and process payments, maintain records, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Who we share it with: Service providers that help operate the Portal and our systems (including Softr, Notion and Google Workspace), and project-related parties where required (such as councils, certifiers and consultants). We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

  • Storage & security: Information is stored on secure cloud platforms used by our business and may be stored in Australia and/or overseas data centres. We take reasonable steps to protect information using industry-standard measures.

  • This policy explains how 10mF manages, processes, stores and protects data in the Client Portal and throughout service delivery. It should be read with our Terms and Privacy Policy.

  • Data covered: Personal data, business data, project data (designs, drawings, specifications, approvals), financial data (invoices/payment records), communications, and technical data (access logs, cookies).

  • Principles: We collect and use data only where necessary, minimise data collected, keep it accurate where reasonably possible, and limit access based on role and need-to-know.

  • Use & sharing: Data is used for service delivery, operations, and legal/compliance requirements. Data may be shared with councils, certifiers, consultants and service providers where required to deliver services, or where required by law. We do not sell data.

  • Security: We apply technical and organisational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, backups, audits) and require staff/contractors to follow confidentiality and security obligations.

  • Retention & deletion: Data is retained for the duration of your project and as required by law and professional record-keeping obligations. After applicable retention periods, data is securely deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
