Once your design project officially begins, we will provide you with login credentials via email to access your Personal Project Dashboard. This portal allows you to track every stage of your project with full transparency, professional management, and real-time updates.
Our process is divided into three strategic phases to ensure your project moves smoothly from a vision to an approved permit:
Phase 1 (Concept Design): We transform your client brief and site documents into a finalized Layout. This includes online consultations and revisions to ensure the House Owner is 100% satisfied before we proceed.
Phase 2 (Preliminary Design): We focus on the "Bankset." This includes Facade designs, material selections, and precise area calculations required for bank valuations and loan approvals.
Phase 3 (Design Development): The "Fullset." We produce the complete technical package (Site plans, Elevations, Sections, Shadow diagrams, etc.) in PDF and DWG formats, ready for your Council or CDC submission.
Efficiency starts with data. Simply complete our Concept Survey Form and upload supplementary documents (Contract for Sale, Surveys, Tender docs). Once we confirm the requirements, we issue a Project Proposal. Work begins immediately upon your approval of the brief.
Yes. Phase 2 is specifically designed for this. We provide detailed elevations and area calculations ("Drawings for Bank") that give lenders the technical confidence they need to process your client’s construction loan.
Our Phase 3 deliverables are comprehensive. You will receive a full architectural set including Landscaping plans, Sediment control, Window/Door schedules, and detailed Specifications. We provide these in both PDF for easy viewing and DWG for your consultants' use.
